1. Remove the protective sticker
When you first remove the hearing aids from the charging case you will notice a clear sticker (with a blue tip) over the charging ports.
Remove the sticker before charging the hearing aids in the charging case.
Place the hearing aids back into the charging case.
2. Charge The Charging Case
Insert the Type-C end of the charging cable into the back of the charging case.
Insert the USB end into a charging block and then into a wall outlet.
Charge the case for 2-3 hours, or overnight for the first use.
The charging indicator will say "100" when it's fully charged.
It may take longer for the very first charge after receiving the new hearing aids.
3. Charge The Hearing Aids
Insert the hearing aids into the charging case (if the hearing aids are not in the case when you received them).
Be sure both hearing aids are seated all the way down in the ports before charging. They should automatically snap into place.
Charge them until both the left and right side charge indicators show "100".
