Hearivo QV2 Hearing Aids FAQs

Have questions about your new Hearivo hearing aids? Below are some common questions and answers about our products.

Do the QV2 hearing aids have Bluetooth?

Sorry, but the QV2 hearing aids are not Bluetooth enabled.

Why are certain sounds so loud and noisy?

When you wear your new hearing aids for the first time certain sounds will be much louder than other sounds. For example, the sound of your own voice, high-pitched sounds like wrinkling of paper, or setting a metallic item on a counter top.

Please be patient as this is normal. You brain is learning how to process and prioritize these sounds. This process may take several days.

We recommend wearing your new hearing aids for just 30 minutes a day and then gradually increase the wearing time each day. This will give your brain time to process the new sounds.
