Hearivo Hearing Aids FAQs

Have questions about your new Hearivo Vio Pro hearing aids? Below are some common questions and answers about our products.

Are the QX Pro hearing aids Bluetooth enabled?

Yes, the QX Pro hearing aids are Bluetooth enabled. You can find how to pair them to Bluetooth on the How To Wear page.

Do the QX Pro hearings use an app?

Yes, the QX Pro hearing aids have an app available to completely personalize the sound levels and frequencies. You can find the "ForSound" app in the Apple App Store and Google Play. You can learn more on the How To Wear page.

Why are certain sounds so loud and noisy?

When you wear your new hearing aids for the first time certain sounds will be much louder than other sounds. For example, the sound of your own voice, high-pitched sounds like wrinkling of paper, or setting a metallic item on a counter top.

Please be patient as this is normal. You brain is learning how to process and prioritize these sounds. This process may take several days.

We recommend wearing your new hearing aids for just 30 minutes a day and then gradually increase the wearing time each day. This will give your brain time to process the new sounds.

You can learn more on the How To Wear page.

Why are my hearing aids not turning on?

First thing to check is if your hearing aids are fully charged. If they are not charged they will not turn on.

You can learn more on the How To Charge page.

Why are my hearing aids seem to be too small or too big?

The silicone earbuds on your hearings are removable and can be easily fitted with smaller or larger earbuds. Several sized earbuds are included with your hearing aids.

You can learn more on the How To Wear page.
