    One my 11 month old hearing aids malfunctioned. I sent a message to Hearivo, a rep responded in a few hours and new hearing aids were on the way in a few more hours.
    Excellent customer service and warranty replacements.

    I am 82 years old and discovered I was deaf above 2,000 cycles and had been reading lips, and thinking I was hearing, but it turns out that what I thought they said, was usually more interesting or funnier than what they said. I paid $2,300 for a pair of aids at Costco, but I quit wearing them because I got tired of having to replace the batteries every day.

    After going without hearing aids for several years, my family and friends kept begging me to get another set. I noticed that everybody was advertising rechargeable, so I ordered another pair from Costco, for $900, sent them back because it was hard to adjust the volume.

    Over the next year, I ended up with 8 pair from 8 different companies but didn’t bother to send them back and in the meantime, I had learned sign language, but my friends and family didn’t.

    I Stumbled across a listing for Hearivo and told my friends I would try one more time. JACKPOT! That was almost a year ago and to say I love them would be an understatement. I have added a link to their site on my Facebook Page, and another link to Hearivo on my Website. Hearivo can list the website if they like but I won’t.

    You do not need to spend a lot of money for hearing aids and you will not spend a lot of money, if you just start off at the beginning with Hearivo, and NO, this is not a paid indorsement, and I haven’t even started to talk about them having the best customer service I have encountered for many years. They actually listen to what you are saying, and they take the time to answer your questions and the biggest surprise is that they speak
    English that you can understand every word they say.

    My family and friends now love Hearivo because I don’t keep asking my wife, “What did they say”, and I might even like my family a little more now because they don’t keep laughing at me, when I respond to what I thought they said, and I have also noticed they are no longer saying some of the things I thought they were saying.

    If you are hard of hearing, save yourself a lot of money, and a lot of grief, Just start out with Hearivo, This old man, is sure you will love them.
