Clean Your Ears Before Wearing
Please use a cotton swab to clean your ear canal before trying on the hearing aid.
If there is too much wax build-up in your ear, it will block the sound and may force the hearing aid not to work properly.

1. Choose Your Earbuds
Choose earbuds that best fit your ear canal size. There are several sizes included with your hearing aids. Your hearing aids come fitted with "normal" sized earbuds that can easily be changed.

2. Place Chosen Earbuds on Hearing Aids
Install the selected earbuds on the end of the hearing aid by pushing the open end onto the tip of the hearing aid.Â

3. Insert Hearing Aids Into Ears
Insert the hearing aid into the ear canal with the pull string on the bottom.

4. Turn the Hearing Aids OnÂ
Turn each hearing aid on by switching the power button down to the on or "N" position. It's best to place the hearing aid into the ear first, and then turn it on. Otherwise, it may screech or whistle and hurt your ears.

5. Adjust the Volume
You can adjust the volume of each hearing aid by turning the volume knob to the right to increase the volume, or to the left to decrease the volume.
If this is hard to do while in the ear you can take the hearing aid out and adjust the volume with the included screwdriver.

6. Turn the Hearing Aids Off
Turn each hearing aid off by switching the power button down to the off or "O" position. It's best to turn the hearing aid off while in the ear. Otherwise, it may screech or whistle and hurt your ears.
