What You Need To Know
Take a close look at your hearing aids. There are several items on the hearing aids that you will need to know and understand how to use.
- Power Button - This allows you to turn the hearing aid on and off. "O" = Off, and "N" = On.
- Volume Control Knob - This is how you will change the volume of what you hear through the hearing aid.Â
- Microphone Input - There is a small three-port hole where the sound comes into the device. Be sure that you don't cover up this hole or the device won't work properly.
- Pull Wire - The pull wire is designed to help you insert and retrieve the hearing aids from your ear.
- Charging Contact Points - There are two gold-colored charging contact points that allow the hearing aid to charge when they are seated in the charging case.
- Snap-In-Place Charging Case - The portable charging case comes with magnetic charging ports. Simply drop the hearings into the charge ports and they will snap into place to start the charging process.
