Hearivo Vio 2 remove the sticker before charging.

1. Remove the protective sticker

When you first remove the hearing aids from the charging case you will notice a green sticker over the charging ports.

Remove the sticker before charging the hearing aids in the charging dock.

2. Charge The Charging Case

Insert the Type-C end of the charging cable into the back of the charging case.

Insert the USB end into a charging block and then into a wall outlet.

Charge the case for 2-3 hours, or until the charge indicator reads "100".

It may take longer for the very first charge after receiving the new hearing aids.

3. Charge The Hearing Aids

Insert the hearing aids into the charging case (the hearing aids may already be in the dock when you received the hearing aids).

The charge indicator will come on. Wait until the charge indicator shows "100" for both Left and Right sides. Then the hearing aids are fully charged.
