What You Need To Know
Take a close look at your hearing aids. There are several items on the hearing aids that you will need to know and understand how to use.
- Touch Area - The touch area on the outside of the hearing aid controls most of the functionality. It's located on the outside just below the large part of the hearing aid. It controls everything volume control to Bluetooth connectivity.
- Microphone Input - There is a small hole where the sound comes into the device. It's located on the outside of the large part of the hearing aid. Be sure that you don't cover up this hole or the device won't work properly.
- Charging Contact Points - There are charging contact points at the bottom of the long thin part of the hearing aids that allow the hearing aid to charge when they are seated in the charging case.
- Snap-In-Place Charging Case - The portable charging case has magnetic charging ports. Simply drop the hearing aids into the charge ports and they will snap into place to start the charging process.
- Soft Replaceable Earbuds - Each hearing aid includes a soft earbud that can be replaced with different-sized earbuds that are included.
- Type-C Charging Cable - On the back of the charging case there is a type-c outlet for the type-c charging cable to be inserted into. This allows for quick and easy charging.
- Personalize Sound Controls - If you use a smartphone you can download the "Z-hearing" app to customize the sound levels of your hearing aids.
