Clean Your Ears Before Wearing
Please use a cotton swab to clean your ear canal before trying on the hearing aid.
If there is too much wax build-up in your ear, it will block the sound and may force the hearing aid not to work properly.

1. Choose Your Earbuds
Choose earbuds that best fit your ear canal size. There are several sizes included with your hearing aids. Your hearing aids come fitted with "normal" sized earbuds that can easily be changed.

2. Place Chosen Earbuds on Hearing Aids
Install the selected earbuds on the end of the hearing aid by pushing the open end onto the tip of the transparent sound tube.Â

3. Insert Hearing Aids Into Ears
Take the hearing aids out of the case and place the sound control unit behind the ear and insert the earbuds into your ear canal. Be sure the microphone outlet is towards the back of the ear.

4. Turn the Hearing Aids On and Off
To turn the hearing aids on, simply push the on/off switch up to the "On" position.Â
To turn them off, push the switch down to the "Off" position.
We recommend having the hearing aids in your ear first before turning them on or off.

5. Adjust the Volume
To adjust the volume, simply place your finger on the Volume Control Dial and push the dial up to increase the volume, and down to decrease the volume.Â
You can do this on each ear independently for customized sound levels for each ear.

6. Optional Three Different Sound Modes
Once the hearing aids are in your ears and turned on, press the "M" button to select one of three customized sound modes: 1) Normal mode, 2) Indoor mode and, 3) Outdoor mode.
