We suggest using your Hearivo devices for a trial period of three weeks to allow for proper adjustment to your new hearing aids. This trial period is optional, and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your Hearivo devices, charging case, and all accessories within 45 days of the original purchase date for a full refund of the original purchase price of the hearing aids (minus any shipping costs, discounts or coupons redeemed at purchase).
45-Day Money-Back Guarantee
The 45-day money-back guarantee only applies once per device model. Refunds will only be issued once for each type of hearing aid returned, and no returns will be accepted for credit.
Repeated trials and returns of the same device model with the intention of continued use without payment or any other fraudulent use through purchase are not permitted.
Any items returned after the 45-Day return period will be credited the current price of the product and NOT the original purchase price.
Shipping Costs
Please note that all shipping costs or any other costs incurred for the return of your Hearivo devices, charging case, and accessories will be your responsibility. Any loss or damage to these items during the returns process will also be your responsibility. We are not liable for any loss or damage from the return shipping process. We highly recommend purchasing additional shipping insurance when returning the items.
Notify Us Of The Return
To be eligible for a refund, please email us at “support@hearivo.com” with the reason for your return. You will then be instructed on the return process. To qualify for a refund, you must provide us with the package’s tracking number within seven days of initiating the return. Once we have received and confirmed the eligibility of the devices, charging case, and accessories, we will process your total refund.
To be eligible for a refund, the Hearivo devices, charging case, and accessories must be returned in “as-new” condition, including all original packaging, instructions, and documentation. The hearing aids and charging case must not be damaged, scratched, or soiled. Please handle the products and packaging with reasonable care while in your possession. You may be liable for any damage you cause to the product or packaging while in your possession.
The package must be returned to the address provided by us. We cannot accept the return of products that do not comply with these conditions.
If the product is returned within 45 days of receipt and complies with the above conditions, you will receive a full refund of the original purchase price. Any refunds will be processed like the initial payment (e.g., credit card refund). Any items returned after the 45-Day return period will be credited the current price of the product and NOT the original purchase price.
You may not resell any products purchased from us through the website or other means.
Return shipping will be your responsibility. If we receive incorrect, non-Hearivo items from you, we will contact you to arrange their return. If we cannot confirm the return of the incorrect items within seven days of receipt, we are authorized to dispose of them on your behalf.
