Our Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority at Hearivo. If you find yourself not entirely satisfied with your new hearing aids, you have a generous 45-day window from the date of delivery (as indicated by shipment tracking) to return them for a full refund.

The Return Process

1. Fill out the Returns Form on this page.
2. We will reach out to you with a return shipping label.
3. Print out the label and attach it to the original packaging with all the items included. Then place it in your mailbox for your mailman to pick up.
4. After we receive the returned item we will apply a credit back to your account within 5 business days.

Read Before Returning Your Hearing Aids: Getting Acquainted with Your Hearing Aids

We highly recommend wearing your new hearing aids for a minimum of 3 weeks. This duration allows for adjustment to the new sounds and ensures you receive the maximum benefit from the devices.

Research indicates that the brain typically needs around 3 weeks to readjust to hearing aids. However, this trial period is not obligatory, and you retain the option to return your hearing aids at any time within the 45-day period from the date of delivery noted in the shipment tracking.

Exchanges

To exchange your hearing aids, you must return the original hearing aids (follow the process above) and then purchase new hearing aids. You can purchase the new hearing aids right away, or wait for the refund from the returned hearing aids.

Product Warranty

Your Hearivo hearing aids are protected against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the moment you receive your order. In the event that an examination reveals a malfunction due to parts, materials, or workmanship, we will repair or replace the unit at no charge.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

It's essential to note that our warranty does not extend to malfunctions resulting from unusual wear and tear or mistreatment of your hearing aid. This includes instances such as physical shock, damage from moisture or sweat, excessive wax accumulation, inadequate maintenance, or any attempts to tamper with the device. Such actions will void the warranty.
